Merseyside Satellite & Academy Head Coach
 
My role is Head Coach and to mentor at the Merseyside satellite and academy and overseeing the development.
My main priority is to provide a pathway for players to achieve their potential within Merseyside. With our new members on board, we are looking to taking Merseyside forward and raising the profile as a county.

Kristina Maguire - Merseyside Community Coach

Qualified in Sports Science and Psychology in Liverpool 2004, manager of the BUPA health clinic and work for England Netball as the Merseyside Community Coach. Passionate about coaching Netball since I was 16, I am developing my skills as a coach with Liverpool University 's 5 Netball teams and through assisting Head coach Chris Evans in Merseyside Satellite Academy . I am enjoying my time with Merseyside Netball and developing the girls in the community to help our county blossom.

Lorna Rooke - Merseyside Development Officer

My role on the Merseyside Board is Development Officer & Umpiring Secretary. I also work for England Netball as the Merseyside Development Officer, I currently coach and manage Bebington Netball Club and play in the Birkenhead and Ellesmere Port Leagues. Jackie Wright

I am currently on the Merseyside County Management board and my roll there is "Affiliations Officer" for Merseyside.

I have been involved in netball since the dark years along with Mrs Evans and played for many teams. I currently player/coach in Chesterfield Community Netball Club, which are in the Liverpool League. I am also Vice Chair of the club

John May

I come from a football background gaining representing England at Schoolboy level.
I went on to play professionally for Blackpool, Exeter City and Blackburn Rovers as well as a host of Non League clubs. I qualified as a Psychiatric Nurse in 1984 specialising in PE. For 20 years I helped to develop the Sports Dept at Ashworth Hospital, and gained coaching experience at numerous sports through the Prison Service. I became involved in Netball through my two daughters, who play for my club, and Rita Maguire our Head Coach. I qualified as Level 1 Coach in 2006 and have helped to develop our young players at Chesterfield these past 3 years.
